How do I earn Lux Points?
Upon signing up with our Lux Rewards Program, you will receive 50 Lux Points as a Welcome Bonus!
Lux Points can be earned regularly through the following ways:
- Every 1 Lux Points = SGD$10

How do I change or update my personal details?
You may change your personal details in the My Lux Account dashboard under ‘Account Details’
How can I redeem my Birthday bonus?
Birthday Lux Points are considered the same as any other Lux Points.
Can I combine Lux Points from multiple accounts into a single account?
A Lux Member is limited per email address provided. We do not permit the merging of multiple Lux Accounts.
How do I change or update my personal details?
You may change your personal details in the My Lux Account dashboard under ‘Account Details’
How do I check my Lux Point balance?
There are two ways you can check your Lux Point balance:
- Signing into your My Lux Account dashboard under the My Lux Points tab.
- If you are already signed into your Lux Account you will be able to see your Lux Points balance on our Lux Product page.
Will I continue to earn Lux Points or accumulate spend if I use a promo code?
Earning Lux Points with a promo code is subjective to the terms and conditions of the discounts promoted/offered by Lux Aesthetics.
When does my account go inactive and do my Lux Points expire?
As a Lux Member, you will not have to worry about your Lux Account being inactive. There are also no expiry dates on the Lux Points you have accumulated.

Will my personal information be shared with third parties?
